Warranty & returns.
Sports Attack backs every machine directly. Warranty claims and returns go through their customer service at 800-717-4251, and we help you get there.
Warranty
- Residential and institutional buyers: 2 years from purchase on material, workmanship, and wear parts (motors, controllers, wheels).
- Commercial use: 1 year on the same parts.
- Not covered: normal wear, cosmetic fading, misuse or accidents, long exposure to weather, acts of God, or unauthorized modifications.
- Warranty claims go to Sports Attack customer service. Wear-part claims may need a photo or video, and the serial number must be legible.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Nothing after 30 days.
- A 15% restocking fee comes out of the refund, plus deductions for any non-cosmetic damage.
- You repack the machine and pay return shipping to Sports Attack.
- Call Sports Attack customer service first to start a return.
