Quote requests and estimates.

All logos, trademarks, images, copy, and other content on the Site are owned by Bearcat Turf or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

No warranties on the site.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that information on the Site is complete or current. Warranties that apply to products we install are governed by the specific written agreement for that project.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
