Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bearcatturf.com (the "Site") operated by Bearcat Turf & Outdoors LLC ("Bearcat Turf & Outdoors," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the site.

The Site is provided for informational purposes. You may view and use content on the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission.

Quote requests and estimates.

Any quotes, estimates, or project timelines discussed through the Site, email, or phone are preliminary until reduced to a written, signed agreement between Bearcat Turf & Outdoors and the client. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or contract.

Estimate terms & conditions.

These terms apply to any written estimate issued by Bearcat Turf & Outdoors for a specific project (e.g. batting cage, turf install, pool surround). They supplement, and don't replace, the signed contract for your project.

  • Estimate valid for 30 days from the date issued.
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure scheduling; the remaining 50% is due upon completion.
  • Pricing shown is the cash or check price. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing, where offered, is arranged through a third-party lender under a separate agreement and is not part of this estimate.
  • We're happy to review and do our best to match any competitive offer.
  • We perform commercial work for school districts and carry $1 million in general liability insurance plus a $1 million umbrella policy.
  • We're happy to adjust any part of an estimate — turf type, size, materials — to help meet your budget. Estimates are a starting point, not a final scope.
  • Changes to the scope of work must be submitted in writing and may affect final cost. Approved scope changes are documented in a written change order reflecting the new price before work proceeds. If an estimate has expired, we'll issue a new one at then-current pricing rather than extend the old terms.
  • The customer is responsible for securing HOA approval, if required, in addition to any required city or county building permits.
  • Bearcat Turf & Outdoors is not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or unforeseen site conditions.
  • Warranty coverage applies only after final payment is received in full.
  • Estimates do not include repair of existing irrigation or drainage systems unless specifically noted.
  • Removal and disposal of existing materials (e.g. grass, concrete) is included unless otherwise specified.
  • The customer grants Bearcat Turf & Outdoors access to the property during normal work hours for the duration of the project.
  • Damage to underground utilities that were not marked prior to install is not Bearcat Turf & Outdoors' responsibility.
  • If a project is canceled after materials are ordered, a restocking fee may apply.
  • A Bearcat Turf & Outdoors yard sign will be placed on the property for the duration of the project.
  • Project photos and videos may be used on Bearcat Turf & Outdoors' website and social media channels for marketing purposes.

Intellectual property.

All logos, trademarks, images, copy, and other content on the Site are owned by Bearcat Turf & Outdoors or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

No warranties on the site.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that information on the Site is complete or current. Warranties that apply to products we install are governed by the specific written agreement for that project.

Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bearcat Turf & Outdoors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Third-party links.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

Changes to these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
