Indoor facility construction · Texas & Oklahoma
We turn an empty building into a finished athletic facility.
Floor to ceiling, one scope: epoxy floors, padded infill-free turf, netting, lighting, sound, electrical, security systems, fencing, mounds, pitching machines, and goals. Baseball, softball, training, multi-sport, cricket, indoor soccer, indoor football, and whiffle ball — built across Texas and into Oklahoma.
Why one scope
Most builders hand you off between five trades. We don't.
A flooring contractor doesn't do netting. A netting installer doesn't do electrical. An electrician doesn't spec turf drainage. Build a facility the normal way and you're the general contractor stitching five bids together — and the one thing nobody on that list has actually built before is a sports facility.
We hold the whole build: the concrete floor coating, the turf, the cage and perimeter netting, the lighting and sound, the electrical, the security and fencing, the mounds and machines and goals. One walkthrough, one fixed-price scope, one schedule.
What we build
One shell, any sport.
The same steel building — barn, warehouse, or purpose-built metal structure — converts into any of these. Most facilities end up mixing two or three on one floor plan.
Baseball & softball
Training facilities & academies
Multi-lane cages, tunnels, mound work, turf hitting and fielding surfaces, sled and speed lanes on one floor plan.

Empty shell to finished floor plan
Already have (or are pricing) a steel building? We build the interior out — floor, turf, netting, and every system below — on a fixed-price package.

Cricket
Commercial multi-lane cricket facilities
Steel-frame netting lanes, turf or true-bounce matting pitches, box cricket tiers, bowler run-up lengths sized to the building.

Multi-sport
Multi-use indoor turf facilities
One floor, permanent striping for two or three sports — a batting cage wing on one end, open turf for soccer or football drills on the other, agility and sled lanes down the middle.

Indoor soccer & football
Walled turf fields
Padded infill-free turf, netting or dasher-board perimeter, and lighting rigged for year-round evening play — sized to whatever building you're working with.

Whiffle ball
Indoor whiffle ball facilities
A lower-cost, lower-ceiling option for the same shell — turf, netting, and a scaled-down field footprint for leagues and birthday-party / event rentals.

What's in the scope
Floor to ceiling, one build-out.
Every trade below is part of the same facility scope — not a separate bid, not a separate subcontractor you have to coordinate yourself.
Floor & surface
- Epoxy / concrete coating floors — flake, solid-color, or metallic, sold at our partner's published retail rate
- Padded, infill-free turf — hitting, fielding, and multi-sport surfaces that don't shed crumb rubber or sand infill indoors
- Pitching mounds & bullpens — portable or poured, regulation or training height
Netting & containment
- Cage & lane netting — steel-frame, cable-hung, sized per lane for batting, cricket, or golf
- Perimeter & ceiling netting — for open turf spaces sharing a floor with cages or lanes
- Fencing — interior partitions between zones, exterior perimeter for the lot
Systems
- Lighting — LED high-bay for the full floor, task lighting per lane or field zone
- Sound — PA and zoned audio for training cues, music, and event use
- Electrical — panel work, machine and HVAC circuits, outlets sized for pitching machines and shop equipment
- Security systems — cameras and access control for after-hours and unstaffed facilities
Equipment
- Pitching machines — per-lane, sized to the training level
- Soccer & multi-sport goals — portable or anchored, sized to the field footprint
