Is Bearcat a general contractor, or do you just install turf?
We hold the full scope on a sports facility build: concrete and epoxy floors, turf, netting, lighting, sound, electrical, security, fencing, mounds, and machines. One walkthrough, one fixed-price scope, one schedule — you're not stitching together separate bids for each trade.
What sports and facility types do you build?
Baseball and softball fields, batting cages, soccer and football fields, cricket pitches and cages, indoor athletic facilities, and custom sports netting — outdoors on a new or existing footprint, or indoors inside a converted warehouse or metal building.
Do you handle ASTM testing, G-Max compliance, and HUB certification for a bid spec?

What is the service area?
Standard service area is the full DFW metroplex with no out-of-area surcharge. For full shell-up facility construction we also travel across Texas and into Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
Do you work with general contractors, architects, and developers?
Yes. We run GC-coordinated schedules and sequence with masonry, MEP, and other adjacent trades, and regularly work through GCs, architects, landscape architects, and mixed-use developers rather than only direct-to-owner.
