Sod installation

Bermuda, Zoysia, St. Augustine. Site prep + sod delivery + roll-out + initial water. For lots where natural grass still makes sense.
Retaining walls
$45–$250 / lnft
Concrete block, stone-clad, or boulder-stacked. Up to 4 ft standard with footings and drainage; engineered design above 4 ft.
Garden walls
$60–$140 / lnft
Lower decorative walls (under 2 ft) for planter borders, seat walls, and yard zoning. Stone-clad, masonry, or board-formed concrete.
Pavers
$14–$48 / sqft
Lueders limestone, porcelain, or flagstone. Patios, walkways, pool surrounds, driveways. Sand or rigid concrete sub-base.
Concrete
$12–$18 / sqft
Broom-finish or stamped concrete patios, walkways, slabs, pool decks. Forms, rebar, pour, finish. Standard residential thickness.

Does Bearcat install hardscape and outdoor living, or only turf? +
Both. Bearcat is built around turf as the surface, but our standard project scope includes the rest of the backyard: paver patios, walkways, pergolas, retaining walls, fire features, lighting, planting beds, and outdoor living zones. Most of our installs are 3-7 line items, not one.
Why one contractor for the whole backyard? +
Scheduling, accountability, and seam quality. When the turf installer, the paver crew, and the lighting electrician are three separate companies, the transitions between their work (turf-to-paver edge, paver-to-pergola post, lighting conduit through the base) are where projects fail. One crew, one schedule, one warranty.

How big do landscape projects usually get? +
Most full-backyard projects run between $25,000 and $150,000 turnkey, depending on lot size, materials, and how many features are included. A turf + paver patio + small putting green starts around $35,000; a complete-build with pool + decking + lighting + landscape runs $120,000+.
How long does a backyard build take? +
Project-dependent. A turf-only install runs 3-5 days. A turf + patio + putting green + lighting runs 2-4 weeks. A complete-backyard with a pool runs 3-6 weeks. We sequence trades so the yard stays workable for as much of the project as possible.
