How accurate is this estimate? +
The range is built from Plungie's published U.S. installed pricing plus Bearcat's 2026 DFW labor rates. Final pricing locks at the on-site walk after we see your lot. Most quotes land within ±10% of the range shown.
What's NOT included in this range? +
Permits, fencing where Texas pool code requires separately, deck or turf surround beyond the option you picked, electrical service upgrades, HOA fees, and any major site work (rock excavation, fill dirt, tree removal beyond a few specimens).
Does it matter where I am in DFW? +
No. The range applies metro-wide (Tarrant, Parker, Dallas, Collin, Denton, Wise, Hood, Rockwall, Ellis, Johnson). Jobs more than 90 minutes from Aledo (e.g., Hill Country, East Texas) need a separate mobilization conversation.
Can we change the model or add-ons later? +
Yes for some, no for others. Add-ons marked "must be ordered at time of pool order" (ferrules, waterline tile, top edge, fire provision, spa jets) are factory-applied and cannot be retrofitted. Equipment upgrades, heaters, and chillers can be added later.
