Yes. Most indoor builds are conversions of an existing warehouse or shell building: cable-hung cage netting sized to the clear height, turf-over-pad on the existing slab, partition curtains, lighting, and power for fans and machines. Cage facilities earn from rentals, memberships, lessons, and camps, so the build has to hold up to daily use and keep operating costs low. Plan for heavier #60 nets where machines run all day, panel-replaceable turf at the plate, and a layout that can add stations later. We can walk through a rough build budget and station count with you before you sign a lease.

Yes. Most indoor and warehouse installs are turf-over-pad on the existing slab. We assess slab condition first, since older industrial floors sometimes need grinding or patching before anchors and turf hold long-term. Where the floor is solid, we lay pad and turf directly over it.

Yes. We regularly work as a subcontractor to GCs and alongside architects on commercial facility builds. We provide a W-9, a certificate of insurance naming the GC or owner as additional insured, and can match a payment-application structure to AIA G702 format.

Use intensity drives it. #45 commercial twisted poly is the minimum for a training facility. Step up to #60 if JUGS-speed machine work is a daily routine, and #84 if college or pro hitters train in the cage. Partition nets are typically #36 or #42 on track-mounted carriers.

For facilities outside DFW — especially in Oklahoma and the other states on our Where We Build page — we regularly start with a video call to walk through the space, use case, rough budget, and timeline before committing to a site visit. It is a good way to get real planning numbers early, and it costs nothing to find out if the project is a fit. We will still want a walk-through or a detailed site survey before a fixed quote, but the virtual consult gets the budgeting conversation moving right away.

Full-broadcast flake, solid-color, and metallic epoxy systems start at $5.25 to $14 per square foot depending on the system, with a $2,500 project minimum. Yes. We coordinate a licensed electrician for the circuits and data drops a modern facility needs: dedicated power for overhead HVLS or cage-mounted fans, power and data runs for HitTrax, Trackman, or similar hitting and pitching simulators, and high-bay LED lighting. That work is scheduled around the frame and net install instead of being bolted on after the fact.

Yes. We are an authorized dealer for Cimarron Sports (cage frames and nets), Hack Attack by Sports Attack (pitching machines and feeders), and Portolite (pitching mounds). We install Controlled Products Artificial Turf and TurfHub turf, and we can broker an introduction to HitTrax (hitting data and simulation), which we love and plan the power and data for. We bring the dealer lines in under one Bearcat contract and one invoice alongside the turf, netting, welding, electrical, and epoxy flooring work. We can also package sound, security, fencing, and bar tops, which we coordinate through trade partners. One quote, one payment schedule, one crew coordinating delivery and install, instead of a stack of vendors and billing relationships.
