Nothing hidden: backyard fields price on our published residential tiers ($9.39 per square foot under 500 sqft stepping down to $7.00 at 3,000-plus). Indoor facility floors and existing-slab conversions price at the $3.60 to $4.70 surface-only rate. Mini-pitches run either path depending on whether a slab exists. Institutional fields use the three published scopes: $8.50 to $11.00 turf-only, $10.00 to $14.00 with subgrade, $13.00 to $22.00 turnkey.
