Who this is for

Built for the buyer with a budget cycle, not a backyard.

Same VersaCourt tile line, same crew that pours our sports-field and batting-cage bases — reframed for athletic directors, parks & rec planners, and municipal procurement instead of a homeowner's driveway. A multi-use pad that handles basketball, pickleball, and volleyball on one budget line is the more common ask for this buyer than any single-sport court.

Institutional FAQ

Common questions from procurement.

Can you provide public-bid documentation for a school or municipal RFP?

Yes. We're HUB Certified by the State of Texas and BBB Accredited, and we provide bid documentation on request — send your RFP or spec directly to our Spec Desk.

What base do you recommend for a school or park installation?

A 4" concrete base with rebar reinforcement is VersaCourt's own top recommendation, and it's what we already pour for turf and batting-cage bases across DFW. Asphalt works too; compacted stone is the fallback where concrete or asphalt isn't possible.

Can one tile system handle multiple sports on the same pad?

Yes — the same VersaCourt tile line supports basketball, pickleball, tennis, and volleyball line configurations on one multi-use pad, which is the more common ask for schools and parks departments building for more than one program.

What warranty backs an institutional installation?

VersaCourt backs every tile system with a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering material and workmanship, plus a no-questions-asked replacement policy and a price match guarantee. Bearcat adds our standard install workmanship warranty on top of that.

How long does installation take once the base is ready?

Laying the tile is usually a one-day job once the base has cured. Base prep is the longer lead time and depends on excavation, access, and weather, same as any of our turf or field builds — we can sequence around a summer or off-season install window.

Have a court in your budget or your bid?

Send us the program, the site, and the timeline. We'll put together a fixed-price scope and bid documentation on request.
