Cool infill, wet-edge drainage
Pool-adjacent turf gets cool-blend infill that runs 10-20°F cooler than standard infill on hot deck days, plus drainage engineered to handle constant splash-zone moisture.
Detail work
Paver-and-turf patterns
Inlaid turf strips between pavers, custom perimeter transitions, and clean stone-to-turf borders. This is where most installers cut corners; we don't.

Provender Homes — Willow Park multi-level putting green + Plungie pool surround
Provender Homes built the Plungie pool and surrounding hardscape on a Willow Park golf-course property. Bearcat scoped the turf and putting-green portion in parallel — base prep sequenced around the pool excavation, turf install timed to follow the pool finish and the retaining-wall structures.
What we delivered: a 2,800 SF multi-level retaining-wall putting green with multiple elevation changes, chipping zones built into the structure for short-game practice, and a Natural Blend Pro lawn that ties the Plungie pool deck into the rest of the yard. Three turf products on a single integrated install: Tour Elite on the green, Tour Tee in the chipping zones, Natural Blend Pro across the lawn and pool surround.
Coordinated build with no jobsite seam, no retrofit cuts around the pool, no exposed sub-base at the deck transition. The homeowner walks out of the pool onto turf and rolls putts on tournament-spec roll.

Step 1
Site walk & spec
We meet at the property with you and (if useful) the homeowner. Scope the turf footprint, note where it ties into hardscape and pool coping, identify drainage routing. Written fixed-price quote within one business day. No deposit to book the walk.

Step 2
Pre-mobilization paperwork
COI delivered before we step on site. Product submittals, MSDS sheets, and warranty paperwork available at quote. HUB Vendor Identification Number (VID) on request for public-procurement projects.

Step 3
Pull-plan integration
Our base-prep crew sequences after your pool excavation and plumbing rough-in. Turf install sequences after the pool finish and retaining-wall structures. We don’t need to be the first or last trade on site — we slot where you need us.

Single-crew install & finish
We don’t subcontract. The Bearcat crew that walks the yard is the crew that installs it. Edge work, seam placement, infill brush-out, and final cleanup are owned by the same team start to finish. You get one accountable phone number.
